Please check whether the code number on the strip bottle is the same as the number on the screen. Use the meter at a room temperature of 10~40℃ after 30 minutes. If the strip is out of the bottle for a long time, it might affect to the test result.
Make sure that the bottle cap is closed tightly. If you still get incorrect test results even after following all the instructions, please consult a healthcare professional.
It means that your blood glucose level is higher than 600mg/dL (33.3 mmol/L) and you may have hyperglycemia. If you get repeated “HI” results, consult a healthcare professional immediately.* If HI message does not reflect how you feel, contact your authorized i-SENS sales representative.
Er1: A used test strip removed and reinserted.
→ Remove the test strip and replace it if damaged or reused.
Er2: Blood or control solution was applied to the test strip before the flashing blood drop symbol appeared on the display.
→ Discard the test strip and repeat the test.
Er3: The temperature is above or below the proper range for the system. Refer to the test strip package insert for system operating conditions.
→ Move to an area with the appropriate conditions (5~50℃), and repeat the test after 30 mins. Do not artificially heat or cool the meter. Discard the test strip and repeat the test.
Er4: Not enough blood or control solution was drawn into the test strip for measurement or was applied after the test had started.
Er5: Non compatible test strip may be inserted or not fully inserted in a right direction.

Er6: An electronic error occurred.
